Anyone else heard this rumour ?

A friend of mine from Leeds is saying there is talk on their message boards and around Leeds about Cardiff and stoke both being interested in Becchio and a figure of 2 Mil is expected.

Just wondered if anyone else had heard anything ? First thing I thought was he would be a good squad player for us or if he goes to stoke, Jerome could be coming our way.

I have also heard the Becchio to cardiff rumour from a Leeds supporting business assocate who is a long time season ticket holder at corporate level. Apparently we have had scouts at a few Leeds games watching a couple of their players including Becchio. Personally I think he could come straight in at £2million and score goals from the off

Great player but what a mistake he made going to them.

I agree, still think they paid to much as well.
I find it hard to believe any championship player is worth 7m unless they have previously shown they can perform in the prem.
