Have to agree with you there, Charlie Austin would be an amazing signing but Mason is a player with real talent & a star for Cardiff future. Cant see Cardiff letting Mason go though.

No disrespect to Earnie but I cant see Burnley being interested.

I would like to keep Mason but..... I'd let him go if we could land Austin. Mason is ok but for me he not progressed enough this season. Might be a gamble but at this moment in time Austin is by far the better player.

No Championship Club is going to want Velikonja when the highlight of his
British career so far is scoring the odd goal in development games. If we do
manage to prise Austin away it'll probably be for a good wedge up front and
the rest when we get promoted. Thats if we ARE in for him, because if Everton
or Fulham are... we got no chance. It would mean Premiership Football NOW
and a bigger wage NOW.

Christ,and we moan when a player doesn't loyalty.Masons a great player and his best years are ahead of him,hopefully with the city.

I honestly feel Mason needs to move on from us now or in the Summer. He isn't getting enough game time simply because the club is developing to a higher playing standard at a quicker rate than he is, IMO we should sell him while he's worth something.
