The pitch will play a massive part today on the result .The pitch up there at the moment is utter shit and Blackpool should be doing more to create a better playing surface.
Anyone got any current pictures of the pitch.I will be happy with a draw today thoughts ?

If it's as bad as everyone's saying there could be a lot of hoofball being played today.

WORSE than people think
f**k me sideways its starting to sound
like a ploughed field. Very happy with a point I'll be
It'll put us back 8 points clear of Leicester. In a few weeks if we beat them it'll be
a 6 pointer for us. A draw will be a 3 pointer too

or we can just go and f*cking smash them! and spit on them on the way out with our 3 points in the sack.

Hoofball will suit us but will be horrendous for them so great news to be honest. They like playing attacking football using Ince and Phillips. Phillips is out so that is one threat gone and if the pitch really is that bad could stop Ince from playing with his usual flair. Helguson better start if the pitch is bad.

Steve Bruce after Hulls game a few weeks back.
"The pitch was terrible, an absolute quagmire. People play good money to watch good football and Blackpool try to play an attractive game but the pitch is so slow and horrible, it's a mess. It was difficult to move the ball and impossible to run with it."

Who wanted photos of the pitch.....
I photographed the Blackpool-v-Hull game on New Years Day and here are the pictures
http://actionplusps.photoshelter.com/search?I_DSC=blackpool+hull&I_DSC_AND=t&_ACT=search&I_SORT=DATEI attended the press conference after the game and both Steve Bruce and Mike Appleton, at the time, were less than complimentary about the pitch.
Bear in mind that these photos were taken on 1st January. We have had rain and snow since so I am expecting worse today.
