Do we need strengthening at this rate ?

I think we do - for 2 reasons :

1) its not certain we're going up yet, and injuries to this squad with no additions could be a problem.
2) if we do go up, the longer newer players get to bed into the ethos of the team spirit, the better it will be for next year
