False advertising

Mon Jan 21, 2013 10:51 pm

If the club was advertising the blue shirt as their second/away shirt in the club shop but choose to wear a different colour (their 3rd kit) for no reason whatsoever could they be done on a issue under false advertising..?

Please note this is not a negative post I'm just interested in what defence football clubs as a whole have against issues like this with false advertising claims. Is it something in the terms of purchase or something..?

How is it false advertising? Have they or have they not worn the blue kit? At least the blue kit got a few outings unlike this kit:

Cardiff City FC - The Season So Far:

After an unconvincing start, and very erratic away form, Cardiff City have started
to pull away from the chasing pack and are now ten points clear of second placed
Leicester. Leicester, however appear to be finding the net at will right now after
signing the exciting New Zealander, Wood. City supporters have perhaps been a
little worried as our goals have dried up of late. But Yesterdays signing of a cut-
price Frazier Campbell from Premier Club Sunderland has all the fans buzzing, this
surely shows the Clubs intent to push on, take no chances, consolidate the lead we
already have. Probably the most exciting four months in Cardiff Citys history are
ahead of us. The City is buzzing.

Oh aye, and in other exciting news. Bomber Brown is back from his travels and has
found another loose thread in Cardiff Citys rich tapestry of life.

Wait for Adams next thrilling instalment:

"Is anyone else worried the Car Parks down the City arent using enough grit and the
Club may leave itself open to claims?"
**

**This instalment is due out on Promotion Day, in Conjunction with Hull City away

Why does Mad(am) set himself up for such ridicule?

That advert for mental illness was on earlier and I immediately thought of poor Adam
