RAMS Reunion

Tue Jan 22, 2013 8:46 pm

Been thinking how good it would be for a RAMS reunion game once a year, every year....... I often travelled with the grand slam bus but don't count myself as a ram etc but it was always one hell of a site seeing so many buses heading to a random northern town and taking over.......I know most Hardcore RAMS still go but be great to see the RAMS invade once a year. It would certainly help away attendances.

How about Huddesfield or Wolves to start ha ha?

I remember getting on that bus once or twice.
I think it was Alf who asked one of his relatives to them a flag.
He was almost crying with laughter when the flag read "Doh a Dear"! :laughing6: :laughing6: :laughing6:

I was fortunate enough to travel on buses run from most of the areas. Great memories of meeting fans from The Forest to Port Talbot, from Ireland to Holyhead ans even a few from Sweden who all gathered under the banner of the RAMS. A reunion would be great.

Travelled from the grand slam in pentwyn on a regular basis but before they could fill a bus from there 10-15 of us used to get picked up on junction 30 by any rams bus that had space, great days.I got a bus going from pentwyn up to huddersfield as a 1 off with all my mates cos not alot of them travel away with the city now, we thought we would have 1 big day out. I usually travel with Tony Jeffries now
