Jack paper made me chuckle.

Tue Jan 29, 2013 7:16 pm

On the front of the evening post, its reported that 1000's of swans fans will miss their cup final because their allocated just 32,000 tickets :? Now they average around 20,000 crowds with about 16,000 of them being ST's, so 32k is more then enough for them. Reading that, plus swansealad's noncense make me think they really are thick down there.

Imagine how gutted they will be when they find out that 1000 tickets have been given by one of their own fans to Den haag .

It's a little tricky for us to average more than that.

Great irony with the spelling of the word nonsense as well

I don't see how ONLY 32k of tickets isn't enough for you?

What gives you that impression?

If that were the case, you would have sold out all your cup games...

You say we have delusions about size?

If you can't understand the difference between a Wembley final and a home tie with a lower league side like Middlesborough, then you've got problems.

But then I'm sure you can, although that's not to say you haven't got problems of course

Not on about Middlesboro... What I'm wondering is this;

Swansea claim they have many fans that would love to go to games, but never get the chance to because it is sold out.

Their chance to go was during the many cup games at home this season. Surely, if you are desperate to go to watch Swans, you'd go to any game... Especially as they can't go to the home league games because the games are sold out.

So prime chance to go and watch the team play a few different clubs & not one of them sold out..

So where are these fans that are desperate to watch Swansea? :?

From planet swamp.......
"So it basically says that JvZ has 1000 tickets available for Den Haag fans Whether this is true or not I don't know, but with less tickets available this time than the Reading game, do you think it's fair ? Should Den Haag fans who aren't season ticket holders or Jack Army members be able to get tickets like this ? I know they're a feeder club of ours & JvZ is well known at both clubs, so it is inevitable that some of the dutch will be there BUT should there be some sort of limit ? If so how much would you say ? Or do you feel that they should try and get tickets only when/if any go on general sale ? Is it right that they could have tickets that could be sold to genuine Swans fans ? Is JvZ looking after the interest of Swans fans or Den Haag fans ?

You've got shit support, 12,000 will be fairweather wankers that would never go to more than two games a season and less if you were not in the premier, ten years from now you will be back down to 5000 fans I reckon when you drop back down the leagues.... The other 20,000 regular wankers

we sold out 45k when we went to reading. is it not beyond the realms of possibility to think that after how things have gone in the two years since then it is unlikely that demand for a game like this would have dropped by roughly 33%?
