Car Help

The dust caps on my mothers car won't come off, I have tried using a pliers and I have also put oil on them to see if that would loosen them.

They just won't budge, they are metal one's so is there a chance they could have rusted even though the car is only 6 months old.

I am useless with cars so any tips on how to get the buggers off would be great.

Check to see if there are grub screws in them ( to stop them being pinched) Allen key will loosen them
