Help needed Please Re Lennie Lawrences Team

I have a signed shirt in the house from the time Lennie Lawrence was manager and Kavanagh was playing. I have decided to frame the shirt because i'm pretty sure it has the signatures of most of our Play Off winning side.

In total there are 16 signatures on it including Lennie Lawrence and Sam Hamman and i also know Earnie & Kavs signature but what i am after is the rest of the team. I have some squad numbers which are 2,8,15,18 and 24 which was Gethin something the young Welsh defender that Sam signed?

The shirt in question has the Leekes logo on the front so that should help to pin down the season? What i want to do his identify as many signatures as possible and if possiible get a team photo from that season to display alongside the shirt.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

There's one in the program that I can scan or do mean a decent quality one?

As it a double page spread when I scan it you'll see the join etc?
