Ticket Office W###ers

Just f#cking held for 20 minutes which cost I don't know what !! I wanted to move my ST to a different location..the other locations were taked so was trying to sort out where else I wanted to go and the little f*cking scrote put the phone down on me. Tamping :evil:

Easy enough to do on the website. Not sure if you can change your seat online though

you look on the website, chose the block, row and seat you would like and ring them up to get it

if the ticket office person say's "sorry that seat is taken" ask for the nearest, or go back on the net and choose around 10 seats you'd like in order from preference and then ring back up, simple really

Waited 50 mins to get though but very polite well mannered young girl got the booking sorted with no issues in all fairness I thought it was pretty straight forward including the on line Parts :D :ayatollah:

Got it now for me and a couple of mates :ayatollah: Just a bit tamping after waiting for 20 mins and some spotty little shitbag putting the phone down on me cost he couldn't cope with a simple task. Shouldnt have to go down in person dong!

i have had a few problems with them myself :lol:
they either say they cant understand you or they put you on hold and hang up :x
its always easier to go down there, but not everyone can so there customer service should to top notch. :old:
it took me 2 months just to have a refund of them :lol:
need improving badly, they dont know how much telephone calls costs these days :angry4:

Try phoning T-Mobile. Those lot are absolute cunts!!! :evil:

Thank god my contract finished with them a few months ago. f*cking terrible customer service. Every time I called Customer Services I had to wait twenty minutes MINIMUM before the call got answered. The longest I had to wait at one time was 50 minutes! :shock: Then after the little scrotum eating Pakistani picked up the phone the c**t would hang up on me - wanker.

I have just been there for my 3 Huddersfield tickets and the service was excellent as it always is. Perhaps it's you. :old:

They are fantastic given the shit they take off some people .
Try going behind there and doing there job trying to keep everyone happy
I know for a fact some of them read sites like this , how do you think it makes these young girls and boys working there (many in there first job and learning ) feel when they see threads like this ripping into them .
How many mistakes did you make in your first job or any new job ?
They are under pressure with thousands of calls off fans especially on days like today and they get callers who cant be assed looking or actually (KNOWING ) where they want to sit before ringing them which wastes their time and keeps other fans on hold for longer (cough cough remind you of anything)
The guys down there do a good job under difficult circumstances and we should thank Mona , angela , jo , and the other guys there for there help in everything they try to do for us not abuse them because they didnt answer a call within 20 mins and tickle your bellies for you . :3some:

Of course they can all get to the ground there season ticket holders there at the ground most weeks.
An if your on the phone how can you know where your exact seat is by discription.
It's not usually the staff of places faults its the numptys who expect the world

I phoned the ticket office today and the woman i spoke to said i sounded like a right adonis.i fucked her and 2 others in the club shop wearing a pair of red cardiff city oven gloves.then i nicked a pile of red shirts so i can use them for dust sheets. :mrgreen:

They were all in good spirits when I went down there earlier. But I have always found them to be ok, whether in person or over the phone.

The same cannot be said about the club shop staff however!
