Season Ticket renewals for kids

Hi, looking for some help if anyone knows. Logged into eticketing to renew mine and my kids season tickets' but was unable to locate his renewal option. I then logged in under his email account to renew but still couldn't find the option, could still only find mine.

Anyone else have this problem?
