Ticket Office Service

Fri Feb 01, 2013 2:55 pm

Very good again earlier today, went down for my Huddersfield tickets and the service was prompt, polite and professional as it always is. Good on the phones as well earlier this week when I rang re season tickets.

I find them very hit and miss, some excellent staff and some that seem confused where they are or what day it is

Never had a problem with them at all and agree with Saddles.

I reckon Luke sent their baggage the wrong way when some of them went on holiday.

What u have to remember is the confused ones are the new employees , like i said in another thread many are in there first job and are nervous, a bit of patience and they are fine , if people have a chat with them and make them feel comfortable instead of abusing like i here there quite often ,they will improve quicker rather than getting flustered and panicking
Ive been behind there a few times and heard abuse being thrown especially on match days or wembley times and tbh if i was serving and some people talked to me like they do them i would open the door and put the nut on them  .
Its not an easy job even though it looks it :ayatollah:

Never really had a problem with it as I always do everything online, don't have to communicate with the idiots then

It's just the lazy bastards who don't want to read the website or anything before they ring in and ask a million stupid questions and have the cheak to moan they've been waiting on the phone for 20 mins when they probably take about 30 to sort there own stuff out.

The ones who are moaning on here could of just used eticketing.

They are not always the new employees. We cant just assume that because they arent very good at what they do.
Experience staff can just as easily become complacent and lazy.
I have some good experiences and bad experiences from them, they just need a manager who can manage them :ayatollah:

Everyone is entitled to an opinion. Only met her once thankfully but she refused to leave her office because she was to busy. So I continued trying to explain to the girl in the office my problem for another ten mins then she came out her office to come have a chat with someone who came into the ticket office then. Clearly not that busy

Just renewed my season tickets and spoke with a lovely lady over the phone called Louise.

She took me through the whole process from start to finish and was polite, cheerful and a pleasure to talk to.

Credit to the club :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Had some trouble at the West Ham play-off game actually, they fucked up loads of people's tickets and she was blaming me! When I did what I usually do which always works. Went in there before KO then and I ended up speaking to the same woman. Cracking pair of tits but a stinking attitude ;)

Hit and miss I find.

From my experiences the service is either average or piss poor, not as bad as the service at Ninian though.
