16 year olds

Is an 16 year old an adult? My freinds 16 yr old son wants to get a season ticket with his friend who is 15. Would that count with over 16 with someone under 16?

I'm 17 and got mine 16-21 for £259

If your over 16 you need a child under 16. Would he be allowed with a 15 year old in family stand

Is that in the family stand? I think it could work. Although 21-65 is an adult
