Why does Mackay fall over himself to praise the opposition? i listened to his interview on Leeds and it was cringe worthy,it almost felt that he was already preparing the fans for a disappointing result at Elland Road.....respect your opponents certainly but don't paint them as a team of supermen .......................Liverpool had a manager called Bill Shankly,who took the view that no team was even good enough to be on the same pitch as Liverpool,a bit extreme maybe,but Shankly's record wasn't to bad i would suggest......................this post will give the Abusers open season on me,but it is only my opinion.......

my dear angelica..... malky can do what he damn well likes..... we are not Liverpool and he's not shankly...... as for shankly he achieved a lot with Liverpool but he also talked his fair share of absolute nonsense as well.... so i put it to you that yourself and shankly are very similar....i even formatted my viewpoint in a structure you would understand...how thoughtful am i....

The evidence was there for all to see a couple of months ago. You were saying Malky wasn't good enough
to manage in THIS division, you didnt think we'd go up, you thought Malky was inept.

Now he has upped his game you are saying its pure luck we are where we are and you have moved on
seamlessly to "he wont be good enough for the Premiership"

I'm not a fan of Malky's style of play ,as I do find us quite boring to watch sometimes however results don't l2ie we are top of the league , I would rather watch us win and not play exciting football ,than watch us lose and play entertaining football
