just come home from a pub with my family, the pub was packed so hardly any room to move round and this asian man pushed past my father and obviously my dad wasnt going to take it so said something back next minute we now he had told the landlord we were being racist to him and had us thrown out and not one of us made one racist comment to anyone

If your in a packed pub people might get accidentally pushed whilst people are getting past. Nothing to cry about you sound like the problem causing a fuss about it.

all he said was "what was the need in that?" then words were exchanged but no disrespectful words were said between both of them and i accept that there would be some pushing and barging but not the way he did it and then to be thrown out for being racist when i can assure u no disrespectful word was said as i have many friends of different religions and i would of been the first to accept what i did wrong and apologised

If that's all that was said then he was out of line lying to get you thrown out. It probably should have got as far as "words" though, you expect half a pint down your front most nights out when it's busy.
