City under different pressure

I feel the pressure on the City to exceed this season is totally different to that of previous seasons under DJ. IMO DJ created his own pressure as he knew he was on a fantastic deal down here and had to perform to justify it as it wouldn't come around for him again that lead the team to feel a nervous pressure in big matches. I feel Malky is always challenging his squad and that create's a positive pressure within the squad that they channel into performances.

The big difference for me is Malky has created a squad environment around the club and DJ had a team environment around himself.

Interesting points. I always thought of DJ being egocentric & narcissistic myself.

He always blamed everyone else for any problems, & HE always knew best.

Of all the big ego's at our club during his watch, His was the biggest by far.
