Forget the rebrand/support ccfc

Wed Feb 13, 2013 9:15 pm

I'm not a fan of the rebrand. To me CCFC are the bluebirds-always have been always will be. However we cannot do anything about the kit this season or the badge. If you dont like the badge or colour dont buy the merchandise.

We all need to unite behind the team that we support and cheer them onto the promised land. Once we are up then we can let vt know our feelings in the close season. The team need us more than ever and if we start infighting then it could go against the team.

Remember we are Cardiff City Football Club and we support the team not the badge.

totally agree, great to see a regular poster going with the flow for the sake of the club and it's future.

Blue Cardiff v Halifax/Rochdale in div 4 or Red Cardiff v Man Utd/Spurs in prem? Ideally it would be ccfc in blue everytime but i want to see my team in the premier league.

the Blue ones didnt start... I lost almost all my passion for the club over this and I feel the only way to bring it back is turn us blue again and revert the badge-change... this doesnt look like our club anymore, this is alien and I cannot and never will accept it

Not disagreeing with you but i think we should concentrate our efforts on getting behind the team. Once we are promoted fans can turn our attention to the badge/kit.

then we will be told to be grateful as we are in the promised land and to concentrate on staying up... i remember some reds saying we should rally against the rebrand towards the end of the season, not before this season...

I'd say that the whole red/blue issue had gone pretty quiet. Not sure it's the clubs wisest move ever by stoking it all back up again.

And I'd say thats a ridiculous statement. The only stoking as you call it,is done by you and others like you on this board and the other.Where it counts(down the CCS) I see no evidence of this fury.Like I've always said "just a storm in a teacup"

That's because people want to back the team. During the game is not the right time to air your thoughts on the rebrand.

"Others like me" - its an opinion and we are entitled to it.

Never said you weren't.Just infering that the club's supporters think this is a huge issue is ridiculous.Big issue on this board maybe but in the grand scheme of things, well :sleepy2: :sleepy2: :sleepy2:
