Time to accept the Red?

Wed Feb 13, 2013 9:24 pm

In say the next 15-20 years, do you think that the rebrand will be accepted by everyone? And it will just feel so normal watching Cardiff in red?

Unless a Cardiff fan takes or us I can't see us going back blue!

The anti blue fans Wont last forever and just think about all them kids wearing red!

Is it time to accept the rebrand?

NO

I wouldn't say it was time to accept it, but I would say that if nothing is done then we are unlikely to see Cardiff city back playing in blue again (at home that is)

People saying "no" yet still go down, you either except it and go down, support the club and team etc

Or

You stay away and having nothing more to do with cardiff city f.c , surley but going down your "supporting" it and buying into it

ACCEPT IT OR STAY AWAY, simple

but would accept a ticket if it was a Cup final, or Playing Man Utd at home or away?

surley if you don't accept it you have to stick by your words and having nothing to do with this club?

or just pick and choose hay?

Ill support the club as always, even if I disagree with how it's being run.

Me and my mates all said at the time of rebranding that none of us were in favour, but if it had to be done then city would have to step up to the mark and get automatic promotion this season. We accepted this and look where we are. Always a blue but support city if they play in pink poker dots if that's what tan wants.

If we stay in red for forseeable future its inevitable the young fans will grow up not knowing any different. But for me pesonally until the day I die I will always be wearing Blue down the city. Never Red.

Why do there have to be two distinct, polarised options? You do realise that the middle-ground of not being happy about the red, but showing support for the team despite the colour is an extremely common mindset? Seriously, from what I've seen you have the most convoluted view on this whole situation. Would it be reasonable for me to assume, then, based on your avatar. that YOU don't accept the rebrand and YOU don't go to matches because of it?

Future generations will only know of the red anyway, then learn about the rebrand.
