IS ANNIS CHANGING ALLEGIANCE ?

Thu Feb 14, 2013 9:38 pm

Annis is going to watch a team Athletico Valeares on Sunday, they play in the Spanish 2nd division B, equivalent of our league one or two.

They average 3,500 and they play in Blue and White stripes, their main rivals are Real Mallorca and Annis is going to see them this weekend.

I have not heard him so upbeat recently

He promises to give us a full run down when he gets back for the Brighton

I love watching the City but if its a choice between drinking horse piss under the concourse or drinking San Miguel in Spain I'd be choosing the latter! 8-)

He did say to me a while back at an away game, that he was thinking of supporting them when he lives in Spain. ;) :)

Ha and annis thinks hes a loyal supporter haha, hes always complaning bout the crowds being down and that we dont sell out for all away games and hes on hols while we have a derby game at home? anyone that complains should tbh show by example that hes there every game. and dont say hes on hols with his family, there is the whole of the summer to do that, like the rest of us have to..

Dont talk shit. I've known Annis for 15 years or so. When we were crap he was there home and away regardless of who we were playing. He is now happily married with kids and his priorities have changed. I've been in exile for 23 years and in 80s i didnt miss a game. Am i now disloyal because i dont go every week.

Silly b*stard, I have paid for my 4 seats for Saturday I have 3 young daughters I am 47 yrs old. Been to 329 grounds and been a season ticket holder for 40 consecutive seasons, I go when 11 fans go and not the glory games, Never missed a game for 9 yrs in the 4th Division, I have taken my family away for 5 days ,getting back for Brighton home on Tuesday night. My family come first. Yes I am going to watch a Spanish game on Sunday, Carl is just making a joke of it.

I would be at Carlisle on a Tuesday night than Liverpool away would u?

Also u pathetic boy, I only have my one daughter at certain times.

Maybe when u get my age, u will realise your family come first everytime.
If we got relegated every season, I would still renew my season tickets.

Unfortunately it's half term and you can no longer chose to take the kids away whenever you like. No doubt this was the main home game he wanted to be at this season but that's the luck of the draw

Fool. I like Annis am in my 45th consecutive season, did not miss an away match foe 16 straight seasons. Family is way more important, and in fact since the pathetic rebrand it has shown me there is way more important things in life than football, especially premiership football if we get there. Idiot. :ayatollah: :old: :ayatollah:

Cheers to both Bristol lads and the Cardiff fans on here.
Many who have families and have been there during the dungeon days will feel the same. Cardiff City is no more the b all and end all anymore and even more that we have lost our identity, they don't give a shit about us. Missing a game years ago would of hurt me, now no more. Enjoy my time with my wife and my 3 daughters and they are what I live for.
I use to watch 70 games a year with Cardiff home and away league games, cup games, reserve games and youth games. Now quite happy to watch about 35 games a season and spend the rest of the time with my family.

And yes on Sunday were all going to watch a local club with a crowd of 3,000 to 5,000 very passionate fans I hear, I will let you all know. :malky:

Annis you will have a good time over there. You of all people share many qualities in terms of passion for these sorts of clubs. I have been to 1 or 2 similar matches in the lower Spanish leagues during winter breaks and have met some friends for life. Let us know how you get on!
