Firstly, I have quite a skinny build, so my arms are too thin. I just want to make them a little bigger, not go all out roider in the gym.
What's the best way to make my arms a little wider from a front view? I've been told triceps workouts are the best but what ones? Preferably without weights, I want my arms a bit bigger before I start using weights. I'm just too skinny

Press-ups all day long mate. Try flat hands very close together directly below your chest.
They are well difficult at first, do them slowly. Keep doing repetitions of ten. Then go up
to 20. You can carry on with 20's until the cows come home because the slower you do them
the harder it gets. Once you get into it you'll see and feel the difference in a couple of
weeks.

Kill your arms doing pressups of all kinds, dips, pullups and some shoulder exercises like shrugs and shoulder presses and eat more than you burn. Ideally up your carbs and protein. Extra spoonful of rice and different types of beans etc

Alternate one armed press ups on your knuckles. Hurts like hell until you get used it and you need to be a young un to do it. No way I could them now probably put my shoulder out fall to floor in agony and smash me teeth

Bicep and tricep work outs, look up excersises and workouts on YouTube, start off at what your comfortable at and then heavier you lift the better but make sure you lift correct cos form is most important, also if you train chest you will be working your triceps and if you train your back you will be using your bicep so this all helps too.

The Fun house at Barry Island amusement park works for me, I just look at my reflection in the broad mirror in the Hall of Mirrors and my arms look f**king massive

How about going over to Bristol, finding one of there pubs, and then going in and throwing chairs and tables around for half an hour.
Do this a couple of times a week, and then see the difference.

You can make a start by picking up all those discarded red scarves on Tues night. I know they are only light but 25,000 may require some lifting.

1. Do weights - Buy a set from Argos
2. Start low weight, high rep - will also improve strength
3. Do standard curls, hammer curls, forearm curls, tricep extensions and skullcrushers.
4. Eat more protein or start taking protein shakes.
5. Form is everything and weight is not. Do too much weight with incorrect form and you'll end up with tendonitis
6. Motivation - start bulking, stop sulking.

Sound advice, only go to Bristol if all else fails!

Join a gym if you can. Work the whole body, leave out isolation exercises as not needed IMO unless body part is lagging.
Start off with 12 reps per set but ideally you'd want to be going lower at some point. A workout like below is simple, very effective and covers all bases:
Monday - legs
Squats
Stiff legged dead lifts
Kettle bell swings
Weds - chest, shoulders, tris
Dumb bell bench press
Standing military press
Close grip bench press
Fri - back, biceps
Dead lifts
Bent over rows
Underhand pull ups
3 sets per exercise will do for now, will do wonders for arms but also you shouldn't neglect other parts of your body
p.s. DON'T SKIP LEGS!!!!
