Guilty or not, whats your thoughts.

He is claiming he thought it was an intruder, it was early hours of the morning and pitch black.
So if thats the case why was his girlfriend in the bathroom and if it was only the two of them in the house why would she need to lock the bathroom door?????

He seems to be a bit of a kunt, apparently got previous for domestic abuse, I've always found him to be a bit of an arrogant spoilt type prick when he's been interviewed on the tv. I can imagine him to be a right horrible tw*t when he doesn't get his own way or someone upsets him. Also he seems to suffer from severe paranoia. Bet he got it into his head that his gf was cheating on him, got worked up into a frenzy, and killed her over it.
