And do you regret it or will you continue to wear it?
Wed Feb 20, 2013 9:06 am
wasnt even offered......... would av accepted it if i was offered, but wouldnt have worn it...
Wed Feb 20, 2013 9:06 am
I brought one home to send it to my cousin up north.
I carried it around my neck
Wed Feb 20, 2013 9:19 am
I politely declined.
Wed Feb 20, 2013 9:33 am
I politely said no. It just had too much of a feel of manipulation and bribery about it for me. Each to their own but it wasn't for me.
Wed Feb 20, 2013 9:34 am
Yes I did take a scarf and wore it , dont normally and possibly wont wear it again , it will go in the cupboard with various other scarfs .......But if I do its my choice , as is wearing a blue or red shirt and I would expect the same replys from most other adults on this forum , it is not for me/you to say what I should/not wear .....If my team are proud enough to wear it then I will be proud to support them in it no matter what After all we support Cardiff City END OF

If you thought that last night felt like the same Cardiff City, you need to wake up a bit.

Wed Feb 20, 2013 9:45 am

I took one, so did my daughter. Given mine to my youngest who didn't go (yes i know empty seat again in the family end!). My daughter wore hers I carried mine. But got annoyed carrying it so ended up around my neck for a while. Won't wear it again, nor will I wear a blue scarf as I don't wear football scarfs. My daugter wore hers to school today.

The bluebird is now a red bird by the looks of it . Surprised it even had the words city on it to be honest . I politely declined .

No I did not wear Tans bribe. I wore a blue one instead and yes I was outnumbered but held my head high going into the ground and when coming out. Had a shave this morning and looked myself in the eye and felt no shame and was comfortable with what I saw. So glad that I chose to wear blue last night.
Wed Feb 20, 2013 10:23 am
I took one, not for me mind, because I won't wear it, but the funny thing was that I had a checked scarf on anyway and the red one was stuffed in my pocket and although everyone who sits by me had one on, it felt weird.
When I went to the toilet at half-time it fell on the floor and I fecking put it over my shoulders, then I realised I was wearing it walking in the concourse and quickly took it off and stuck it under my coat, the shame of it.
I haven't felt right since, each to there own, but it's not for me.

Why
Wed Feb 20, 2013 10:43 am
Had my blue one on.
I accepted mine but going to give it else where.
At the end of the day if we had won, there would be barely no mention of the scarfs.
Wed Feb 20, 2013 1:27 pm
Yes I wore it and no I don't regret it.
Wed Feb 20, 2013 1:31 pm
No I wore Blue - my choice.
Wed Feb 20, 2013 1:37 pm
Did not wear a red scarf and never will.Fans have the right to wear what they want and its not for me to decide what they wear. But tonight i was really sad to see all that red at our club
Wed Feb 20, 2013 1:47 pm
Anyone who wore the red scarf last night and didn't feel gutted in any way, you are NOT a Cardiff City fan, you are a complete and utter sell out and you make me sick.

Completely disagree.
The result meant nothing to me last night. Brighton scored and I didn't care less. I didn't even feel like chanting last night or celebrating if we did score a goal.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo definately not, i'm a Cardiff City fan you see.

I've got a cardiff city flag yellow/ blue / white. With a blue dragon. As far as I'm aware dragons are red so can you explain that but I don't expect you to

I'm close to giving up, I must admit.

The only thing that is making me consider giving the city up is this in fighting!! Fans getting on players backs!!! and the Boo's at the end of the game!!! What happened to going to a game of footy and enjoying a sing song a few beers and a chat about who was good and who was bad regardless of the result!!!
I really am getting pissed off with it. A mate of mine who is a villa fan has come to most games with me this season and said last night that he could understand if we were fighting a relagation battle and didnt even touch the ball. But it is the opposite we played ok had a lot of chances and where 5 points clear!!
Some fans should save their money and stay at home watching games on the box instead of coming to the ground and booing!!!!
Having said all that ive just renewed my season ticket today because the city is like a drug and I need my fix
