What the hell is up with those people, on phone this morning to order tickets for Saturday wanted three tickets, two of us are members the other one is for a relative thats visiting for weekend, the woman says we cant have them on our cards its tickets only for this match £3-50 extra to send tickets out to me WHAT A f*cking FIX

I thought they had stopped all that,they get worse.
