Notts Forest were popular, and QPR ( coz of the Cup Final)

I'm only a youngen so it was always Manchester United. All the kids supported them.

Liverpool and Leeds got on my nerves.

Very early 70,s it was Leeds utd, Chelsea to a certain degree, & then Liverpool dominated. Never have liked them!

Absolutely, they went into Admin a year or so after I moved.

Man United were the big one's with me too really I think, although plenty of people supported Chelsea for some reason ( this was long before Abramovich!)

All Man Utd and Liverpool when I was growing up.When I was in school out of 1200pupils there were no more than 4 or 5 City fans and 2 of them were me and my brother.

I love it when you see kids training and they have City shirts on,that never happened when I was growing up.

Mid to late 70s when I first got into football and it was really Liverpool then. Leeds were starting their decline, Forest won a title and a couple of European Cups, Man United were a mid-table, average side, but Liverpool really were the team, the media darlings really. But they were an awesome team, both here and in Europe. Not keen on them at all but you can't deny the success they had back then
