Lovely day, big match, closing in on 'the dream'. 1200+ away fans, surely we should be looking at 22-23k ??
I bought 4 extras yesterday but there didnt seem to be any problem in getting the for the Ninian Sand which is usually sold out when we get a big crowd.
I'll be very disappointed if its any less.

I agree its a perfect day for footy.....but I dont buy into the point of view that "as long as the regulars are there" its ok. We need as many fans coming on an adhoc basis as possible because not every fan can make it every week so we need new/fairweather fans attending all the time. Thats where the club let themselves down...we just dont market ourselves to the potential local fan base enough. Anyway back on track I think about 21500 today which IMO is disappointing.

Yeah, it does seem a bit wierd doesnt it, but I just feel that this is the chance to show our potential owners what a big club we are and if we can' get close to a sell out for a game like today is the potential really there ?
