Yes this is the same guy.
At the EGM the riddler was asked if he was on a six figure wage and he said that as far as he could remember he isnt being paid but if he was it wasnt 6 figures.

Bloody hell just what advice do you give in return for £2.2m? If Carson Yeung had asked me I would have told him to buy Cardiff City and charged him f**k all for it.
