IT'S COMING TOGETHER

Fri Apr 16, 2010 6:48 pm

Early next week there will be a meeting of the shareholders who are selling their shares to TG. There is not an EGM next week as it may have sounded like in my previous post but there will be one soon to vote through the issue of new shares.

Sam Hammam flies in on Monday and stays for a couple of days to get his bit done. Sam is aware that he is not getting his money in full at this time but is happy that Cardiff City is being put in safe and capable hands, Sam wants what is best for Cardiff City. :ayatollah:

It is my belief that TG is buying shares from Sam, Paul Guy, Mike Hall, PMG, Alan Whitley and Alan Flintcroft, there will be others too.

Peter Ridsdale has asked to stay until the very last game of the campaign and it seems that his request is to be granted. PR wants the rest of the football world to see that he has ( hopefully ) taken us to the play offs and beyond and then the spinmaster will go about telling all and sundry how well he has done.

By the time of the Sheff Weds game we should have a new owner, if there are no delays.

How much new share capital do they propose to issue at the future EGM compared to how much is already issued any idea?

there are 16 million shares that are able to be issued which would take it to 61 million shares total and I believe that all 16 million will be bought up by TG.

I Have asked Sam to pop down here for a visit, he will if all goes well :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
I also asked him if he would ever go in the New ground, His reply was would you except an invitation to go back to the home you were KICKED OUT OFF. I replied I will ask you again once the Riddler has gone for Good. Sam Said Cardiff will always be his Club. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Thanks.

It just seems a little strange that he would buy the other shares first as surely once the new shares are issued, the value of the original shares will be diluted. It seems a backwards way of doing it. Any idea when this is expected to go through?

Obviously the "old" shares that he is apparently buying off current shareholders will not see any money going to the club as such as it will go to the shareholders. Any idea when this purchase of shares would be officially completed as well?

Reason for asking for timescales is obviously due to the impending court date. If the new share issue is not completed and bought by him prior to the court date, will he really be prepared to give the club money to pay the bills that are due i.e. wages and the HMRC bill? And if so, will this be in terms of a secured/unsecured loan?

TG has already been bankrolling the club for the last 6 weeks or so.

The Taxman is all in hand.

TG has spoken with HMRC and has shown them his plans and they are very happy with the arrangments. Should have worded it better. :ayatollah:

If you checked their financial history's and compare those of Ridsdale & TG, I'm pretty sure there will be no doubt in your mind as to who is the more trusted! (business wise) :ayatollah:

I'd welcome him back if he wanted to come and see us.

But he needs to get one thing straight.

This isn't HIS club, never was, isn't Ridsdale's and won't be TG's.

It OUR club - the fans, and we were here before any of them and will be here after they've all moved on.

Great Times for City fans :ayatollah:
