I love the fact that half way through the season Joe was getting a bashing off loads of fans - and a group of them on here too, I remember posting a ledley thread about a month or two ago - and had a lot of negative responses.

he headed the GOAL, yes. and the ball hit him on the head! however else can you score a header?

Yes and he's played the ball on halfway and ended up at the far post to score quality midfield play end of,in fact he's the best left back,centre midfield or wide player at the club,wonder were he'll play and for who next season.

People who knock him just don't seem to realise he has phenomenal work-rate.

He covers far more ground than any other player out there. Doing loads and loads of dirty work, little tackles, nicking balls, intercepting, making short passes, giving and going....

5 years ago Sam said at one of his meeting that Ledley was 1st on the team sheet and that the coaches and Jones thought his work-rate was phenomenal.

So pleased for him to be able to shove it back down the knockers throats again.

i was saying he was shit earlier this season but that was b4 i knew he had a hip problem !
