WHAT GARBAGE!

Have you seen what Jones has done with NO money?

imagine what he could do with a good transfer chest, and premiership football on offer! Lets concentrate on the playoffs and not sacking a SUCCESFUL manager yeah ?

i think your being unfair to dj, i said at the start of the season, we would finish 9th 10th, but dj, with no money injuries, has done a miracle job, the problem is now, this team, is not good enough for the prem, so you could get the worlds greatest manager here, but without money to spend on players , they wont do nothing, if dj gets us there he deserves his chance :ayatollah:

I think DJ has done great and deserves the glory. I also feel that he has had a shot in the prem once before and I would want a proven manager and Hughes fits the bill. We dont yet know what funds will be available but I know that the potential of City in the Prem is huge and with the right manager and backing we can go al the way.

Surely we have to be the favourites to be promoted? plus the investment, no worries.

Leslie Mark Hughes (born 1 November 1963 in Ruabon, Wrexham, Wales),
nicknamed Sparky, is a former Welsh international football player and manager.
As an international footballer, he made 72 appearances and scored 16 goals.

Wales international career (1984–1999)
He scored just 17 minutes into his Welsh debut,
netting the winning goal against England on 2 May 1984.
[9] He went on to play 72 times for his country, scoring 16 times.

Premier League: 1992–93, 1993–94
FA Cup: 1984–85, 1989–90, 1993–94
Football League Cup: 1991–92
FA Charity Shield: 1993, 1994
UEFA Cup Winners' Cup: 1990–91
UEFA Super Cup: 1991
Chelsea
FA Cup: 1996–97
Football League Cup: 1997–98
UEFA Cup Winners' Cup: 1997–98
Blackburn Rovers
Football League Cup: 2001–02

Mark Hughes was appointed Welsh national coach in 1999.[10]
Initially appointed on a temporary basis alongside Neville Southall
to replace Bobby Gould, Hughes had soon done enough to earn himself
a long-term contract, with Southall soon leaving the set-up.[11]
When he had taken over Wales were going through a bad patch,
but in the five years with Hughes in charge Wales came close to
qualifying for Euro 2004.

In their qualifying group Wales beat Italy—only
to be denied a place in the final tournament after
losing to Russia in the playoffs
