i dropped my iphone today the phone turns on but the touch screen is fucked wont work atall, ive never made insurance claim before any avdice on what to say as i dont want to be caught out with any tricky questions (cant be dealing with sending off for repair.

If you have smashed the screen they will send it for repair. One of my mates insurance covers accidental loss so when he broke his screen he told them that he lost it on a night out and they sent him a new phone out

if i was to say i lost it in cosmeston would i be covered or would they reject as a public place

My mate said he was on a night out when he lost it. He said it says more about accidental loss in the insurance documents
