drove past and he was getting out of his car,a new matt black range rover,well i hope its matt black orthe valleters have f#@ked the paintwork up

Yeah - thats him. Says OVERFINCH on the bonnet front. (thats the name of the kit on his motor)
He also does most of his re-fuelling in Pentwyn Shell service station - My Mrs use to work there and speak to him regular! (that service station is still run by my mother in law who is the manager) Oh, and he tops up his PAY AS YOU GO PHONE between £60 and £100 at a time!

Overfinch. Do you know how much that sort of kit costs? Probably the motor is well over £100k
