Ticket office advice

my daughter & I missed the Reading home match because of a family wedding, so we gave our season tickets to friends to use 
They were then passed back to my brother and we were to collect off him for saturday game. However he is stuck in Spain with our tickets in his wallet 
. Will the ticket office print off tickets on sat morning if i tell them i left them at home
