It pisses me off. Not so long Cardiff City Council like all councils in Wales were give £1.000,000 by the lottery fund.
Mr Berman in his wisdom chose to give it to an organisation to help the somalis settle in Cardiff.
FFS they have been here for decades from the old days when Cardiff was a busy port.If they havent settled by now they never will or dont want to integrate.
The decision to give them the money was by a Lib Dem controlled council.
