I think that we would get a final stay of execution if everything isn't sorted by 5th May - the judge will see that we have paid off a mutitude of other debts and will have sympathy with the unforseen circumstances of the volcano.

But this will be our very last chance.

If things are not properly sorted with HMRC by 5th May the judge will take account of extenuating circumstances as they will be dealing with TG and his people and not riddles

the only debt that matters on may 5 is the HMRC debt which was £1.9m in march
and by the time we reach may 5 it will probably be more than that...unless we have been paying our tax in the last couple of months
that's the only debt the judge is worried about as it's HMRC threatening us with a winding up order

You are correct and our file was stamped 'final'

However, it is my belief that TG/Borley have been in contact with HMRC and they may have already received payments, so as the petitioner they could influence matter by making an application to dismiss or delay.
