Sam Hammam was unable to get into the country for the same reason.
There is now a delay on the investment as TG will not put anymore money in until he has bought the 49% of shares that we have said on here before. TG wished to meet the shareholders holding the shares in person and vice versa.
They plan to come into the country next week and there will be an announcement for an EGM after these meetings to propose the raising of new shares to make TG's shareholding upto 49%.
These are still good times but as we know from experience it will never be plain sailing at City and we continue on the rollercoaster ride that Sam started 10 years ago.

If things are not properly sorted with HMRC by 5th May the judge will take account of extenuating circumstances as they will be dealing with TG and his people and not riddles
