Come on Annis mate, will you never learn? Do you really believe it matters to Ridsdale or the club if none of that money goes on new signings and hence that Ridsdale has once again bent the truth? He has done it so many times now, and still the supporters give him and those involved with the club the benefit of the doubt. You say "U CANT WAIT", implying that there maybe some kind of backlash from supporters, you were saying much the same before his muni meeting, and once again the fans were appeased and he walked away unscathed! Lets face it, he can and will get away with whatever he wants while he holds the ballance of power at the club and us little supporters will just have to put up with it, until he decides he's had enough.

Don't you think we need a little more optimism here? Like all other supporters the tax bollard's worried me and i got especially worried when i had a guy from the club knock my door to sign up for the Academy payments, yes i signed up for the future of the the club, yes I bought myself and my family's season tickets to coincide with the price freeze. So as an individual i think ive done my bit to pitch in and hopefully release some revenue for players in january.

My hope is that this is not bravado is the same as everybody else's, but i also think we should get behind the club we all love and adore........Just my 2 penny's.

If Ridsdale has promised the money to DJ publicly that it WILL go towards transfers and loans, then theres no escape?
He has to deliver - or there will be some very ugly protests?

Im sure he'll stick to his Offer and we should see some new faces in January. (and maybe lose some faces to help towards the cost?)

I can see Ledley staying too, wouldn't be surprised if he signs a new contract in January. I don't think Rae will be going anywhere though.

thing is, they say they want to go for it and its our best chance for years, is it though? basically we are going for 2nd place arent we? Newcastle will certainly finish 1st. West Brom might be wobbling but they have a good squad. The playoffs are way to much of a lottery to bank on anything, partic when it comes to our quite mentally weak team. So basically we're banking it all on getting 2nd spot.....the roller coaster ride continues.......
