Are there any left ?

Legends :!:

The day Michael Jackson died I believe was the day the last legend of his kind died too.

Who is out there that could fill the void left by many of the greats that have walked this earth.

Elvis, Hendrix, Morrison, Cobain, Lennon, Marley, Joplin.

Is there anyone in todays world that we know of that could reach that stratosphere of fame and adulation.

For me it is a no.

I think Floyd Mayweather Jnr can become a legend. A very big mouth out of the ring but backs it up in it. There are a few boxers that I would call legends in the ring.

I'm afraid kids today are happy to be told whats good or bad by a middle aged man in leather trousers pulled up to hi's armpits,i despair of them sometimes.I'm just happy that i came from a generation that didn't like the same music as their parents.I blame karoke and the demise of Whistle Test ,oh and as for legends the main man for me,Robert Allen Zimmerman.
