I believe if the first one gets Jail All the rest Deserve the same in MY Opinion, other than the Paedo should of got 5 years.

Can't open the video in work for some reason, but I'm presuming it's the Southampton one and this is raking up, yet again, the old "do they deserve to go down while others stay out?" debate. Thing is, it may have been against like-minded people, and I have no problem with that, but it wasn't in a closed environment, there were innocent people at a nearby bus stop and innocent motorists driving past, who probably feared for their safety. These people, who see that sort of thing going on, don't realise that it's "like-minded people" doing this and were probably terrified for their safety. Would you want your gran to be caught in that situation? If they want to fight like that, maybe they should do it in a warehouse away from the innocent people of this society who just want a quiet, normal life away from the fear of being terrified out of their wits

NOT condoned and should be punished - but taking into account of where these incidents occur is a major issue - back wastelands - leave them to it - if they get caught then slap em with a fine and banning order if they are ST holders and from grounds in future - PUBLIC fracass then prison as innocent bystanders do get invovled even if they dont want to.

NO other persons involved - 5 year driving ban - volunatry service with people who have been injured by drink drivers - resit driving test - banning them from driving anything over a 1L vehicle!

INJURING/DEATH - Ban for life and long term prison

IMO - you either drink (to get drunk and fall down) or you drive n drink pop - THE law should be a NO drink when u drive tolerance

On the contrary, Jez. I think it's natural justice and he'd get his just deserts. A rapist will tackle a lone woman who is in a place where she's vulnerable to scum like that. Imagine what a prison full of women will do to a rapist

DIsgaree- he would enjoy it - just the fact he is surounded by females is a turn on in itself for him - and whilst he is locked in his little cell he wud be jacking off on the possible scenarios he could have with any one of them women !

Put him with bigger stronger men full of testosterone - that would be intimidating in itself and then let them have some "alone" time with him : ) - and more realistic in happening and better outcome from a blokes fist.

Problem is, Jez, as current prison regimes show, he's unlikely to ever get near to other male prisoners and the best that can be hoped for is someone slips a shard of glass in his friday night curry or gets him with the jug full of boiling water laced with sugar
