CCFC E-Ticket - online purchase??

it says to click a seat row and number to find a seat to sit closest to.....

So i put a row and number in - and it NEVER finds any avaialble seats - this is for the home playoff game....
Am i doing something wrong? because i know people who have said they've got their tickets for the home game purchased....

Sadly the e-ticketing website is sh**** I have used it this year to book tickets and I have noticed it has areas in Red meaning sold out only when I get to the stadium theres row and row upon row of empty seats in that 'Sold Out' area. Also if you try and book the closed seat method it rarely works and you end up having to ring the club and do it that way because if you try booking online seat overview it always puts you in row a
