Of course he does. But read their statements - surely the others have more to offer. weall know Dai is a nutcase. If its not enough to convince you with what the others have to offer it would be enough to put me ff that he 'wants to get closer to the players'...

Thats like saying Screaming Lord Such should be PM....Oh wait a minute thats not such a bad idea

I genuinely don`t like falling out with people over anything to do with CCFC , but I `ve got to make an exception here.

Based on some of your postings ,you really haven`t got much of a clue have you Ben?

Dai Hunt has as much right to stand for election to the Trust board as any other member of the Trust.Non-members don`t have that right as they have chosen not to join , and I fully respect their choice not to do so.7 people , of which only 1 is a current board member , have chosen to stand for election. Many of them are regular posters on here and have come up with some very good ideas as to how they would seek to change the way the Trust does things if they are elected.

To suggest that the result will somehow be "fixed" is insulting , untrue and shows a total misunderstanding of how these things work.

All adult members have a vote as to who they (not the current board) wish to be elected. Those votes are then counted entirely independently. Even as a current board member I will have no idea who has been voted in until after that independent count result has been announced.

I was with Dai outside the Nin last saturday and spoke with him for a while as much as the guy loves Cardiff City and he can be really funny I wish he put more in his write up for the ellection.

I hope whoever gets on the board do a great job as it is going to be a thankless task and a lot of work

Anyone voting Dai Hunt is effectively making a mockery of the Trust.

I agree that changes are needed, and I disagreed with everything they did/didn't do regarding the march.

But, the way forward is to elect sensible, level-headed, ideas people. Not a raving lunatic. If you are serious about a Trust and want to elect a good board then do it. Voting for Dai Hunt undervalues any other vote you make because if he got on the Board it would be a disaster.

Please people, see sense. Loyalty and passion DOES NOT make a good board member. TLG had that in abundance and he became unpopular (rightly or wrongly). Replacing TLG with Dai Hunt does not improve the Trust. It considerably weakens it to the point of laughing stock.

Good on Dai for standing. It's his right. But if you vote for him you're having a laugh at the expense of Keith Morgan who does work hard to make the Trust a success.
