FAO The Tust/The Club. An idea for the Home Leg.....

After reading Arfur Europes post about permission being granted for his giant flag it got me thinking about other possible ideas to increase the atmosphere for the Home Leg of the Semi.

Wouldn't it be great if the Trust (and/or the Club) arranged something like you see in Eurpoe where a placard is placed under every seat and held up as the players run out?

IMO it would like great if this was done on the Ninian or the Canton, where that it spelt out Bluebirds or Blue Army, or even a giant white circle with a bluebird on it, against a blue background.

I'm sure this would be possible and is not seen often in the UK.

I'm sure it could be arranged quite easily and cheaply.

that is a very good idea & would look brilliant on a night game

It is an excellent idea, I'm not sure it would be cheap though.

we did it at Ninian Park a few years ago , Ali got the boys with the cards on the bob bank to hold them up when he tannoyed it !

Great idea, but didn't Sam try that one a few years ago??? I remember the small plastic blue & white cards, didn't qite have the desired effect at the time, if i remember correctly.
