"COULD HE KILL OUR CLUB" ?

Thu Apr 29, 2010 5:43 pm

It is now only 6 days until we go back in front of the judge who has told us in no uncertain terms, he will wind this club up if we do not meet our commitments. This is not administration, there will be no points deduction, there will be no more chances, it is simple Pay up or Wind up. This is big news and should be on the back pages of the papers and the Echo should be reporting on it too, but they are not. Why ?

Because of the Malaysian investment, the Echo are being told not to upset the deal, that it is sensitve, that it could jeopardize the investment, Peter Ridsdale has even told the Echo today not to print a story about the players wages being paid late again because in his words ' You will be writing about how well I have done on Monday '.

Maybe that should be rephrased as,' how well you have done out of this club ' ?

Of course, I really do hope and have been told again today that TG will sign the paperwork tomorrow, but what if TG pulls out, gets cold feet, doesnt believe the deal is right for him ?

What then ?

Who do you turn to then ?

Deals collapse all the time for various reasons, but usually it would'nt have a profound affect but with us and critically right now it would, it would finish our club, just like Chester City were wound up several weeks ago. There would no longer be Cardiff City, say it too yourself and think about. This is reality, this is not negative, this is not what ifs, this is it, Peter Ridsdale may have convinced thousands with his spin and lies, but lies runs sprints and the truth runs marathons.

We will not forget Peter Ridsdale, that you have never put a penny into this club and have only ever taken out, We will remember the day you were brought to the club you did not even have the money for the train fare home, that is how skint you were, Sam Hammam had to pay for your ticket, there were no flash cars, no designer suits, no Blackberry phone and no friends in the game. It was commented that you looked a pauper in your first meeting with some fans, you really had nothing. Remember who gave you a chance and the opportunity to restore your battered image, Sam Hammam and Cardiff City.

How do you repay us exactly Peter ? You stabbed Sam in the back and colluded to get him out, is that how you treat the people who help you ? What about us, the fans ? You sit in a room full of us and you lie through your teeth about the situation our club is in, you lie to us over the ' golden ticket ' and even tell us it's a thank you to us. We are fans who are passionate as you have discovered, we ask for hard work and honesty by the team on the pitch and a club to be proud of off it, but you embarrassed us and continue to do so. Sam asked to be recognised in the first ever programme for the major part he played in achieving the new stadium, but you couldnt even do that, because it is all about Peter Ridsdale for you. A simple thank you, a mere mention but it was too much for you, you wanted the glory and someone else's glory at that.

What Chairman puts his mobile number and email address on the club's website so fans can contact him, I will tell you which type, the type who wants praise and plaudits, even ex-pro's like Jason Perry has said it is all about Peter Ridsdale and Cardiff City, Peter you have even written your own headlines for the press when you finally leave. Unbelievable.

The clock is ticking and we are getting closer, too close for comfort, you have us on the brink of extinction.

Fortunately for you it looks like Sam has saved you again by dealing with the Malaysians, because make no bones about it if Sam didnt play ball the Malaysians would be long gone. Steve Borley's hard work, patience and honesty kept them involved too, cause we all know you very nearly blew this too. Hopefully the Malaysians will sign the paperwork, Sam gets his money, Steve Borley is recognised and rewarded correctly and you are gone from this great club never to return and we have a club that will still be called CARDIFF CITY.

Carl it wont happen and all will be good ................... otherwise I will have to go and watch the Jacks play and get a season ticket in the away end  If theres no CCFC then they cant ban us can they :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Re: COULD HE KILL OUR CLUB ?

Carl, what you have just written is exactly how I feel about him and fans/people will forget all this if the Malaysians sign tomorrow as I expect them too. If they dont for some reason then that fate could happen to our Beloved Club ALL BECAUSE OF ONE PERSON RIDSDALE. One major person describe him as vile and evil to me today as they said he has NO LOVE,NO CARE just take take from OUR CLUB at NO MATTER WHAT COST.
Please City Fans DONT FORGET HIM, Hitler never will be forgotten, IN MY OPINION IN THE FOOTBALL WORLD THAT IS THE RIDDLER

ON THE OTHER SIDE Borley is working hard to get The Malaysians to agree a final Deal Tomorrow :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Martyn I believe it will too but it is not signed yet and the worst could happen, what pisses me off is that the Echo have reported for 9 months about the Malaysians and now we are less than 6 days away from extinction, this is how far Ridsdale has pushed it. The haedlines should be how he has taken us to the brink and that if it werent for the hard work of others we would have been in shit street months ago.

This is a really bad situation though and we have to face up to the fact that until TG signs the paperwork this is what will happen, NO MORE CARDIFF CITY and that would be down to Ridsdale.

the sam worship is as usual absolutely nauseating, how this board can continually laud him in spite of the financial difficulties he put us in is difficult to understand

agree completely with the sentiments in regards to peter ridsale though

just cannot wait until he is out of this club

nuaseating ?

If it was not for Sam Hammam we would be a bottom division club, there would be no new stadium, no big money signings, it is right and proper he is lauded.

You cant even compare The Riddler with Sam.

If TG does not do a deal we will be a bottom division club, shops/houses on the stadium site
no big money signings,
wake me up it must be a nightmare.

Sam had passion for the club and loved football. He made many mistakes. However he put the club on the map. Ridsdale is a total pr1ck who has mismanaged our club and taken millions.

An excellent and thought provoking post Carl.

We can only keep our fingers crossed now - it really is out of our hands.

We will NEVER forget how Peter Ridsdale has brought our great club too it's knees, to the very brink of extinction.

The day he walks out of our club will truly be a momentous day in the history of Cardiff City Football Club.

We can only pray that there is still a club left behind to support.

Carl, Thats exactly how he appeared a few years ago in MY Opinion.

we can go into admin right up untill the court date even on the steps of the court!
i dont think pmg or borely would let this happen they will step in if tg hasnt stumped up money, or have we got the money already? weve had a lot of income recently

Re: "COULD HE KILL OUR CLUB" ?

I'll never forget Ridsdale face after the ST scam was announced. He just sat there in front of the cameras and said those annoying words "I am here to eat humble pie". Absolutely no conviction in his words as if it did not matter. As far as I was concerned that was one apology too much.

Re: "COULD HE KILL OUR CLUB" ?

Thu Apr 29, 2010 8:36 pm

The way I see it is he has killed our club and unless Borley, TG and Sam give it a lifeline by the 5th of May we will die.

Knowing how long the money took to get from Malaysia last month at wages time is it already too late to get the tax money into the Revenue bank account by next Wednesday's hearing?

No Davids as long as there is an agreement or contract stating the money is there or is on it's way should be suffice.
