Can someone please clarify?

Thanks in advance.

A document of some sort ;)

Seriously I believe he is taking control of shareholdings belonging to PMG and may be Sam Hammam which along with new shares gives him 49% of CCFC (Holdings) Ltd.

Are there new shares that can just be bought by him in that way then without an EGM?

Good question? I have documentation from Companies House which seems to indicate that there are around 16 million unissued shares which could be bought now.

Trouble is I can't find anyone who could confirm this, but it would explain why the club often talked of 'investment' rather than takeovers.

If I'm wrong then I would assume there would have to be some kind of EGM.

Thanks.

Assuming for now that there are 16m shares that he can buy and also assuming the price he'd pay for them is the 4p that has been generally banded about, that only provides an income for the club of £640k. A drop in the ocean compared to what is needed in the next 6 days with the wage bill and tax bill.

So unless he is also going to gift or loan the club a considerable amount, the sums don't seem to add up?

my guess is that more shares will be issued which will devalue the existing shares which TG will buy from some of the directors along with the new shares available , an EGM however would have to be called to approve a takeover as such ..... this sounds like an investment only for now ! :ayatollah:

There is 16 million shares that could be issued as new shares and these would have to ratified at an EGM.

So that's just £640k @4p a share going into the club then assuming he was to buy those shares and that couldn't be done before the court date.

So what is he supposed to be signing tomorrow?

Anyone?

tg is not in the country until tomorrow afternoon so no signing tomorrow.
the document that will be signed is an agreement between tg and existing shareholders from whom he will be purchasing the shares
