Where'd you get that info from? ;)

Do you think they will be open to anyone? I just assumed it would be a bit of a closed shop.

I would have though they would at least have to offer them to existing shareholders. And why not offer them to anyone. For me the wider the shareholding the better.

There will be a minimum investment amount, hope it is within the budget of the fans who just want a certificate for the wall.

Apparently there are 42 million shares and that amount is to treble to approx 120 million.

I assume many will be taken up by PMG when they convert £3m of their debt into equity and of course TG will be buying a shed full but that should leave some over for average fans, although if you do I wouldn't bank on seeing your cash again.

Steve. My modest financial investment of around £100 a few years ago is now worth less than a quid I think. Still I got my certificate and it's my little piece of my club.

Only available to existing shareholders at present under the proposals. But there is scope to raise about another £5m from future share issues and the club may choose to make at least some of those available to others.

As a matter of interest what effect does this share issue have on Ridsdale's 10% holding, for example how much is it worth now?

It is probably worth more than it was on Thursday.

The % he owns of the club will be reduced, but the club is worth more than the £0 it was worth on 29th April

If just the current proposal goes ahead then current shareholders will hold 33% so PR will have a 3.3% share. If the option to issue a further 34.4m shares at a future date , this will reduce to 2.6%.

As to what they are worth , that of course depends on what the whole club is worth. It will be worth a lot more in the Premiership than in the Championship.
