Just out of interest, with all these extra shares on the go is it possible for folk to buy small amounts themselves ie; existing shareholders or new shareholders?

It's a minimum of £1,000 for existing investors so presume the same if they offer them to new shareholders.

Sorry to disappoint you lads. Just had another look at the paperwork and it says that the offer to buy shares is limited to current shareholders and not open to the wider public. They're hoping to raise £2m from the existing shareholders buying new shares but I guess that if they can't, they may change their minds and open up the offer.

Shame that, they should be looking for the widest shareholding possible.

I suppose they have to be fair to existing shareholders first considering their present holding will be diluted by the new issue.
