just gone on my e-ticketing account to get my semi final ticket, but for some reason its not giving me an option to buy it, what should i do?

i think they sold all the 500 away in a matter of minutes

Its only on sale to ambassadors at the moment, that's what I heard anyway.
Its a joke that if your an away member you don't get priority.
