my Son Regan got his Brown one stripe today at Karate.
Its a fantastic feeling when your kids do well. A good end to the week after the National competition at Prestatyn last week when he come up against a older much bigger Lad and froze. All a learning curve.
Next month he has the Welsh Championships to compete in in Merthyr.
