'THE CHAMPIONSHIP'

In my opinion any one can beat anyone and on our day we are one of the best teams in it, I have always said Your league place doesnt lie, WE ARE 3rd and if the Current team are this year prepared to battle till May and Dave Jones doesnt loose it, if we only added 2 more Quality players to the squad I reckon we could make the Top 2, WHY NOT

Agree mate,I think Newcastle will run away with the league title but 2nd place is anyones at the moment and we are more than capable of holding our own against the best teams in the league. So 2nd place is well within our grasp.

from the start of the season i have said that i believe we have the best 1 to 11 in the division and i believe with luck from injuries and suspensions we will be at the right end of the table, if we get a few signings in Jan to cover what we got then its going to be a great new year

We need 2/3 players come Jan - but we will need to quick to get the best players.We normally leave it too late !!

If the game is still on

More than once we've been in a good position and challenging for promotion, only to fade away because of a lack of depth in the squad and to a lesser extent a lack of fight by the players . Hopefully the squad will be strengthened come January with the acquisition of a striker, a couple of midfielders and possibly a wide man, hopefully the players would've learned by last season's collapse and give the neccasary fight to dog out results at times when things aren't going to plan.

We will get there in the end
