Despite being a Jack I've always liked Coleman but he's proving himself to not be the manager everyone thought he was. I wish him well though. I'm sure he can do a job for someone. He kind of had his hands tied behind his back at Coventry.

Suppose he did a tidy enough job at Fulham for a while plus he's probably the only player I can remember Swansea selling who went on to bigger and better things ( Sidibe I suppose ? ) !

A 4-0 home defeat by Watford on Sunday ensured Coventry finished the campaign without a win in 11 games, while last season they won just once in their closing 12 fixtures.

Interesting because we have had similar disappointing end of season form yet kept our manager. That's probably due to the fact we were too skint to sack him, but there again it has eventually paid dividends even if I was one those screaming he should be sacked after the Preston result last season.

To think back last March 16, Coventry away, injury time penalty, & we win 2-1. If Coventry had won, they would have replaced us in the top six!
