With HMRC prior to going into court, the agreement was in place some time ago and it is simply about the HMRC today telling the Judge they want to adjourn the winding up order, as they are happy with pledges they have received from Cardiff City and more so TG and that they were not working with Peter Ridsdale anymore regarding the tax bill.
