Terry Phillips 'relationship' with peter Ridsdale has become the subject of much ridicule
amongst supporters. He is supposedly a journalist, employed to write informative and
factual stories about the local football scene in South Wales.

It is common knowledge that Peter Ridsdale is being forced out of Cardiff City, it is common
knowledge that months back, after OTHER people arranged a meeting with Dato Tian Gee,
Ridsdale neglected to even tell them the club had a tax bill outstanding. It is common
knowledge that the Malaysians want him out, they feel he has almost wrecked the structure
of the whole Club. It is common knowledge that he has been ostracised within the club and
that TG cannot stand to look at him, but for contractual reasons, he is stsying til the end of
the season.

If I know this, if the club staff know this, if the patrons of the two popular message boards all
know this.. Why does Terry Phillips continue to allow himself to be a platform for Peter Ridsdale
to lie, to big himself up, and by proxy - to make the South Wales Echo a bit of a joke amongst
City fans.

Ridsdale has had his backside well spanked today for the "im staying on as a free consultant"
story that Phillips printed today. In fact, it appears another member of staff has been sacked
over this story.

Tens of thousands of City supporters/echo readers are of the opinion that Terry Phillips is just
a lap dog to Peter Ridsdale.

Ridsdale will be gone for good in a few weeks. The Echo will remain... but in may eyes, your
reputation for honest, informed journalism is tarnished forever.

I for one wont buy the Echo again, Ridsdale has almost destroyed the Club I love, yet the
local 'paper' supports him blindly and print verbatim everything that comes out of his mouth.

Its a crying shame!

"the story printed today by the imformative factual journalist you employ beggers beleif. is it company policy to upset local football fans by allowing terry phillips to print pro ridsdale rubbish when its common knowledge amoungst city fans ridsdale is leaving because he is no longer wanted by the new regime, and he took cardiff city to within 7 days of extinction, he also lied to TG about money owed in november otherwise they would already be here. if it wasnt for borley who went to malaysia to get them back onside gods only knows what would have become of city. why dont you run that story to try and gain some respect back from cardiff city fans, i wont be holding my breath, money talks they say."
